Residential Property Management Trust Account Manager

Elizabeth has been working in the Real Estate Industry since 2012. After completing her Certificate III in Business Services Admin, Liz firstly did work experience at a real estate office and then was offered a Saturday receptionist role which was a great step into real estate. She then completed her Cert IV in Property Services Real Estate and was recommended for a full-time receptionist role at another Real Estate office. After a few years, Elizabeth was offered the trust account manager role as well as personal assistant to a director of the Real Estate. Elizabeth has managed the trust account now for 5 to 6 years and she can do it with her eyes closed. She has gained a deep knowledge of the tenants, owners and properties, and also assists the Property Management team on a day-to-day basis. 

Since then Elizabeth has completed both her Cert IV in Human Resources and her Diploma in Human Resources. She has also continued to share the office management role alongside her trust account manager role. Elizabeth is more than happy to assist our clients however possible.

Elizabeth services the community by volunteering weekly at a Newcastle Meals on Wheels branch. She continues to network, provide support and to build rapport for her existing and new clients.
