Nakita Casha

Nakita started her real estate career not long after leaving school. Starting in Sydney and moving her way up to Newcastle Nakita has studied hard to obtain her Certificate in Registration and is currently studying for her license. During her time working in the industry, Nakita has expanded her knowledge and experience in all aspects of both sales and property management, and has found a passion in working as a property manager.

In property management, Nakita has found the work to be very rewarding by helping people find their dream home, assisting with enquiries and finding solutions to issues tenants raise, these tasks have improved her customer service skills noting the importance of having compassion and understanding in her role, which assists her daily in dealing with clients.

Nakita has always been a very focused and goal oriented individual, whose caring and friendly nature ensures her clients feel heard and understood. Nakita values her role in the Ray White Family, and is always wanting to learn more, and become more experienced in her role. 

Out of her professional endeavours, Nakita enjoys spending time with her family and friends, by the beach or on a bush walk.
