192 Scenic Drive MEREWETHER HEIGHTS, NSW 2291

Rare opportunity one not to miss. This solid 3 bedroom brick home with large downstairs rumpus room/ bar is available for the first time in over 30yrs. Reluctant to more vendors have kept the home nicely maintained and with the added privacy of being set back on the block this would be a great start for a family or couple.

Centrally located and within walking distance to a quality primary school, Glenrock lagoon bushwalking tracks (imagine the lifestyle and the fun your kids could have riding and exploring_ and Burwood Beach (unpatrolled beach south of Merewether ocean bars). It's also only minutes drive to patrolled world famous Merewether Beach, major shopping centres, quality high schools and Newcastle CBD.

This won't last long as vendors need to downsize and the home has been priced to sell fast.

A must to inspect this has much more to offer than what you would expect from a quick drive by.
