Growing up in the Newcastle and Hunter region, Payge has developed a strong connection to the local community and a genuine understanding of the area she works in. Beginning her professional journey in hospitality at a young age, she built a solid foundation in customer service, communication, and relationship-building which are skills that continue to shape her day to day approach.

Since joining Ray White in 2022, Payge has found her true passion in property management. She genuinely loves her role and takes great pride in helping people, always striving to create positive, stress-free experiences and achieve the best possible outcomes for her clients. Whether working with landlords or supporting tenants, Payge is committed to going above and beyond, ensuring every interaction is handled with care, professionalism, and transparency.
